Okay, so spring Is near & I am geting frisly & Motivated. YAY!
After complaing about my "fat ass" for 6 months, My DH comes in with the P90X, and says "Put up or Shut Up"
I am Day 2 & so Fucking Sore I cant stand it! I am going to fight like hell to stay with ot though.
Anyone else done this program? Did you stuck with it?

I have pretty good hand & arm strength from doing massage, but I hope this will get me better prepared for when my summer people come in & I am doing 4- 5 One hours a day.

BCT.. Basic Training/Boot camp Training?
These dvds do alot of shit that we did when I was in JROTC in High School. I was in the best shape of my life those 4 years, but I did Raiders & Summer camp every year at Fort Bragg too with them.

Will defenatley do before & afters pics & measurements. Trick will be to figure out a routine AFTER I am finished to keep in shape.
Lost 3 lbs already! YAY!!!

Yeh. Basic Combat Training, U.S. Army at Ft. Hard Knox; then down to FL for AIT training.
