I went out last night!

First I met up with some friends at Jack Rabbits, then off to Titch's house and back to Jack Rabbits.

I cannot remember the last time I went out, seriously, I need to get a life.

I go to work and come home, go to work and come home, go to work and come home!!!

It was fun, I really enjoyed myself!

I need to do this a bit more often!

This coming Saturday, 5th July, I'm working at the Durban July (Biggest horse racing event on this contenent) ..then I'll get a baby sitter and take chilli out for dinner and drinks the following weekend. Neither of us ever go out.

I cater for the same private box every year. The box looks directly over the finish line. The guy that owns the box also owns 9 horses. Last year his horses came 2nd & 3rd in the main race. He earned a million bucks for the one that came 2nd!

The 'FINAL' race, is one where all the completely drunk and crazy people run down the track naked - not kidding!! And it's mid-winter!!



No, don't even go there people, I am safely in the box (fully dressed) serving food and drinks at this point...not running down the track naked!

Actually, at this point I am on the balcony, watching these people, laughing my ass off!

Now that's my idea of a horse race haha! Things are a lot different here - a bunch of hoity toity people who are probably more lushes than not and pretending to be something they aren't.

You ought to take pictures.... would be interesting.

Trust me, those types exist here too. Pretentious bunch of fuckwits..but the 'Durban July' is also our largest fashion show...and some of the outfits are rediculous!!

I will try to remember to take pics, it is my most hectic day of the year. You would probably be able to pick it up on one of your tv channels, it is a major event and alot of international people attend it too.

Look out for me, I'm the hot blonde wearing the navy suit! hehehehe!
